Pioneers Academy of Competitive Examination(PACE) was established by B. Srinivas Reddy & Co. in the year 2015 under the guidance of Ex-IAS, IPS and Group-1 officers, the alumni of AP Residential School, Survail, as the founder himself is an alumni of the same. Our vision is to guide and mentor the students in the right path to reach their goals. Since its inception it has never compromised in values and standards. We have trained hundreds of students for the examinations of abroad studies, UPSC, Staff Selection Commission and Bank examinations and providing freelance services for degree, Engineering colleges conducting CRT programmes and for junior colleges conducting classes for IIT-JEE, NEET, CLAT, CUET, etc. examinations. Recently, We have started online classes with high quality content and lectures by well experienced faculty, study material and test series. As PACE has associated with NGO’s and Corporate sector and as part of their CSR outreach, we are offering our services at reasonable and affordable price.

B Srinivas Reddy, Founder Director of PACE, is a seasoned educator with over 32 years of diverse teaching experience spanning School, Junior College, Engineering Colleges, PG Colleges, IAS Academies, and Coaching Centres. His academic qualifications include a B.Sc., PGDJ, M.A. in English, and PGDTE from CIEFL (EFLU), Hyderabad. He has presented 11 papers in international and national conferences and seminars, published 7 papers in journals and authored 3 books on Career counseling on Employment and Higher Education. Throughout his career, he has held various roles, including Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, HOD, Counsellor, Placement Trainer and Officer, Director. He has taught Sciences at senior secondary level, and English, Communication Skills, Verbal Aptitude and Soft Skills in Engineering Colleges. His expertise extends to CSAT English, Current Affairs, and Interview Skills in reputed IAS Academies, and training for international exams like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and SAT at consultancy centers. As a freelancer, he has conducted 62 Career Counseling Programs and 12 Faculty Development Programs across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh so far, impacting countless students and educators. He has dedicated his life in serving the student community for more than three decades and now involved in guiding and mentoring the students at various levels through this academy.
